Based on a real building, the Cadira is a low relief kit featuring a restaurant or shop with flats above. It uses the Invisiseam system to allow virtually invisible joins between the elevations, whilst allowing deep reveals and depth to the front elevation. This makes it very striking.
 
The kit is fully coloured - the brick is ltho printed and is UV resistant. The lower sindow assembly comes unpainted in black - the builder is required to assemble the multiple layers and then paint as desired.
 
This kit is fully glazed with acetate and the shop front window are etched with detail.
