Modelux have developed a range of manufacturing techniques and design elements which make a Modelux kit unique.
Invisiseam allows the joining of two elevation plates together without an obvious seam being visible, even when the depth of both elevations is deep to allow for the correct scale.
Surfection (TM) is a unique material developed by Modelux which is key to the appearance of all
pre-painted kits.
Multicore board is coated in various pigments and a stabilizer. When a laser cuts through the Surfection board, the cone shaped profile of the laser reveals tiny variations in pigment along the profile edge, giving incredible depth and realism.
